New person in Photo library.

Photos is automatically scanning all photos in your library and recognising all people it can.

But it will only add a few people to the People album automatically and keep the other people hidden, until you request them to be added to the People album. The general idea is to ensure that only relevant people will be shown in the People album, not each and every face that Photo has detected in a photo. Photos has no longer a tool to reject detected faces as irrelevant, so it would be pointless, if Photos would show us each and every face. instead we are welcome to add detected faces to the People album. when we come across a photo of a person we want to see in the People album, we look for a detected face in the details of the photo and open the album by clicking the face icon and name it.
