Reporting incorrect road closure data in Maps

Is there a way to effectively report erroneous road closure data to Apple? A major highway where I live, which is the only way along a 50 km stretch of mountain lake with the shortest detour along paved roads being close to 200 km, has long-term construction due to a rockslide but is *not* closed. Maps mistakenly has the southbound (but not northbound) lanes marked as closed. Instead, when getting directions southbound, Maps routes you over a dirt forest service road which adds 30 km and, according to Maps, 1h20m, though even that is probably an underestimate because it's replacing 60 km of mostly highway driving with 90 km of mostly-dirt-road driving. And that's in good conditions, but the dirt road Maps routes you over is not plowed in the winter.

At the spot Maps marks as closed, it correctly quotes the data from the British Columbia Ministry of Transport, which says "Highway 97, in both directions.... Road is open to traffic. Expect delays. Open to Two Way Traffic." Somehow Maps interprets that as closed southbound but open northbound for a stretch about 100 m long. (All traffic in both directions is routed in the two northbound lanes; the two southbound lanes are closed.) It has been like this since September 2023, and the construction is expected to continue well into the spring. I have reported this error to Apple through the report an issue button in Maps at least half a dozen times, and nothing has changed. I've also emailed the Ministry of Transport asking if there's something to fix in the data they provide; they responded saying "I’m sorry this is happening, but there is nothing we seem to be able to do about this. Both Apple and Google maps are not very responsive to us reporting their errors."

(Note that Google Maps does *not* have this issue; it correctly treats the highway as open in both directions.)

Is there some mechanism to reach Apple Maps other than the report an issue button in Maps or by contacting the highway authorities?
