Why is my safari extension tab not letting me turn on a extension?

I’m trying to figure out why my extension doesn’t work I’ve installed honey and tried to enable it, but it won’t work and my iPad is up-to-date. I also restarted it.

iPad, iPadOS 17

It sounds like you're having some trouble getting the Honey extension enabled in Safari on your iPad running iPadOS 17. A few things that could be causing this:

- Safari extensions are still fairly limited on iPadOS. Not all extensions that work on Mac Safari are supported. It's possible Honey just isn't compatible. I would check their documentation or App Store listing to see if they officially support iPadOS.

- There could be a bug or glitch preventing it from enabling properly. I would try toggling the extension on and off in Settings > Safari > Extensions a few times to see if it starts working. Also make sure Safari and iPadOS are fully up to date.

- Try deleting and reinstalling the Honey extension to see if that helps. Go to Settings > Safari > Extensions, tap Edit, and delete Honey. Then go redownload it from the App Store.

- Check if you have any content blockers or other extensions enabled that could be interfering with Honey loading properly. Try disabling other extensions temporarily as a test.

- As a last resort, you could try resetting all Safari data which wipes out extensions and settings. Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.

Let me know if any of those suggestions help get Honey working! There may still be some underlying bugs or limitations with Safari extensions on iPadOS to contend with. But hopefully something there can get it functional for you.
