Will I be able to replace my Apple 4k tv wifi with my Apple 4k tv with ethernet without having to pay extra? The ethernet gives me better download speeds

If you bought it directly from Apple within the past 2 week, then yes you can. If you did not then no you cannot return it for exchange. However what you are pointing out is a weakness in your network, not the Apple TV. If you are having picture or sound drop outs or spinning wheels that indicates the wi-fi coverage in the room the Apple TV is located in is weak. You may be a candidate for a Mesh network, if you are not familiar with Mesh systems there are many articles that explain them and what the advantages are. Amazon may allow returns, you would need to check with them. Both the model with and without Ethernet are almost identical so no need to worry. Just buy the model that you want or have 2 if you have multiple tvs in the house. My house has 4.

First, no I did not purchase from Apple. Both were thru Amazon but the ethernet/wifi model was a gift. Otherwise, does the 4k ethernet / wifi model have the same options, settings, and benefits as the 4k wifi only model? If so, it sounds as if my families decision to buy the 4k ethernet/wifi combination model has no more benefits/options than the wifi only model.
sorry to keep bothering you with these questions but this is the last one I promise. Will APPLE TV allow you to have multiple apple tv's in your home while only paying for one subscription or do they have a limit on devices per subscription? Thanks
We have 4 in my home, all on the same subscription. We even take our on trips and watch out content when we are away from home. The only time we cannot do that is when the hotel’s network won’t allow it. This only happens with the major chains like Marriott, Hilton, Westin etc…
