I accidently disable face id and my correct passcode isnt working, is there a way to get in or even enable face id without having to restore or do recovery mode.

I disable Face ID on accident, then when I enter my correct code it doesn’t work. I don’t have my phone backed up so I can’t restore or reset my phone. So my question is can I somehow enable Face ID from a Lock Screen. Secondly is there another way in somehow.

Even if you enable Face ID your device will require the passcode when you do the following:

Turn on or restart your device
Press the Home button or swipe up to unlock your device (you can change this)
Update your software
Erase your device
View or change passcode settings
Install iOS or iPadOS Configuration profiles
Called Emergency.
