Foreign particle inside brand new iPhone 15 pro max rear camera

I got a brand-new iPhone 15 Pro Max last month. After using it for just one month, I saw something foreign inside the main rear camera. I think it's a problem from when it was made. Now, it really bothers me, and I'm upset. I don't want to fix or open my new iPhone; I want a new one to replace it.

Can I get a replacement after just one month?

No.

Apple may replace it, repair it or give you a refurbished unit - those are the terms of the Apple warranty.
