I’m sharing my Apple Fitness subscription with my mom but it isn’t working for her. What can I so that she can use it?

Go to Settings > Family. Tap Subscriptions, then do one of the following: Tap a subscription you want to share, then follow the onscreen instructions. Tap Manage Subscriptions, then tap a subscription.
