Schedule text message to send later?

Can anyone tell me if there’s a way to delay sending a text message until a specified time? I thought I’d found a convoluted way of doing it via Automation, but it appears that there’s no option to make that a one-off message, it has to be set up on a recurring schedule. Which I can of course turn off after the first message has sent, but… is there really no way to just set up a one-time scheduled text? I just want to type a message to someone in a different time zone and have it arrive when I know they’ll be awake, and usually when I think “I wonder if there’s a way to do X?”, a quick search reveals that, yes, there is a way. And this seems like it should be simple.

BTW ignore the devices listed in my signature here. That’s from years ago, and I can’t figure out how to change it. I have an iPhone 15.
