If you are asking about Two Factor Authentication, once you have used it, you cannot stop it. If you never used it, you had 14 days to cancel.

If you are asking about turning off your Passcode....

Tap Settings

Tap Face ID & Passcode

Tap Turn Passcode Off

If you're wanting to turn off the iPhone Passcode, you can certainly do that. But don't come back here complaining if your phone winds up in the hands of someone you don't know and they have full access to your apple wallet, email, photos, text messages and your personal data is completely accessible. It is NOT a good idea to turn off the iPhone Passcode. Not a good idea at all.
