The problem could be with your iPhone 7. There was a known issue with iPhone 7's breaking and not being able to use the cellular service. Apple was fixing this free of charge for a while but that fix is no longer available for free.
First, contact your carrier and see if the problem can be resolved. If not, make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
