Macbook Pro M3 MAX crushing every days and reboot

Hello, i have a MacBook Pro 14' M3 Max / 36 GB with Odyssey G9 monitor, using 240Hz without HDR with USB-C -> DP cable.

But crush every days: i see a little of freezing and then, some seconds ago crushing if still using like move mouse. IF i detach the cable monitor or stop moving mouse immediately after freezing, then i can save from a crush/reboot otherwise the macbook crush and the reboot, it's very annoying for a machine with such price.

The error that is always the same is: panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffe00197ac3d8): DCPEXT1 PANIC - IOMFB int_handler_gated: failure: axi_rd_err [0x40300624]

For what i see, happen when i'm using Chrome, could be related a problem with chrome? that's very strange that. A browser with some tab open that crush a so powerful machine? What could it be?

And yes, i tried to change the cable of monitor, mouse, without resolving.

This is the complete error of crush:

The usual symptom for cables that are not quite fast enough is the display quietly goes blank. Crashing is something else.

But if you are connecting with thunderbolt or USB-C adapter, try moving to a different computer port, and see if the symptoms change.

if no improvement, you will need to contact Apple support, and ask for a specialist to contact you (or file a formal bug report) to get a specialist trained in reading panic reports to interpret yours. if they find there is a likely Hardware error, they can DIRECT an Apple Authorized Service provider to replace your mainboard.

they can read what we post here, but they do not take our word for conclusions. They have a somewhat more rigorous process.

if you just show up at the Genius Bar, they are most likely to run diagnostics, have it PASS, and tell you its fine and do nothing more.

I recommend you follow their advice BUT, copy those panic reposts to a USB thumb drive, and PRINT out a copy on paper.

If they are not willing to change the mainboard based on what they CAN see, ask them to use their internal support network to get someone to read the panic reports and provide strong guidance.

You should also run the User diagnostics yourself, but they generally only indicate GROSS failures.

Remember that if the mainboard is swapped out, your FILES on its drive will NOT be returned you. You MUST have a copy on a trusted backup before submitting your Mac for service. (post back if you need advice about how to create such a backup.)
