Problems with TWC radar map

The Weather Channel Premium has stopped showing weather on the map and will not save my choice of radar time span. I cannot see rain, snow, etc. on map. Map is completely white, with only 2-3 city names showing.

The moving bar that determines no. of hours radar will cover uses “Previous” for default, no matter how often I manually choose 24- or 72-hr radar. Can’t get precipitation to show on the radar map.

I’m seeing other people having had similar problems longer than I have. Is Apple doing anything to solve this??
