Wireless Diagnostics will NOT close

Hi, I am new here. I am trying to get my wireless diagnostics to close. I have had my computer up all day yesterday and today and it does not give me a report so I click on the wireless diagnostic and then I quit wireless diagnostic and then a little box will pop out and asked me to please wait for wireless diagnostics to complete before quitting. I’ve done it several times and clicked OK, but it has not given me a report after being on all day and all night so how do I quit it? I tried to click on it to force quit and it will not quit so please advise if anyone can tell me I sure would appreciate it. Thank you.
