Apple TV MOVIE library on Shuffle - remote won't pause, skip, fast forward.

Apple TV 4k - Home Sharing: movies on shuffle. Remote won't allow me to pause the movie, can't skip, or fast forward to next movie.

Only button that works is the Menu button to get me out of the movie and back to the Apple TV's Home Screen HOWEVER... the movie's audio is STILL playing and will continue to play until I go into netflix or something.

This has been doing this for the past year/half or so and it's so annoying!

The remote works fine throughout everything else related to the Apple TV... it's literally

Computer - Movies - Playlist - Shuffle ..... Remote says NUP! you're stuck here now.

Everything is up to date. I just wish this would stop happening.

Have I tried calling Apple's Tech support??? you betcha!! did they help? NO... they were also suppose to get back to me and never did... it's been a year, I'm still waiting. So that just tells me they have no answers.
