I can't open my iPad user guide ios 15 apple support book on my iPad Pro. When i click on it it says it is missing valid format via/books it is missing a format for it i have tried deleting it and downloading it again several times but that did not help it still says the annoying error message

Have you corrected (factory reset) the storage corruption mentioned in your earlier postings?
As for opening books, there might be an app for converting file formats, but that availability varies by format and by the the presence or absence of DRM. Books with DRM probably won’t convert all that well, where that conversion is permissible. And in this case, you’d need a tool specific to whichever unknown format is involved with this particular book. And the book would not already be available in the Books app, as unsupported formats don’t import into the library. They’ll have to be converted first.
The book format is wrong try changing it to a valid format
