AppleTV through T-Nobile

I activated AppleTV through T-Mobile but when I sign in, AppleTV is asking for a payment method and said it was a 3 month trial. Do I have to add a payment method since T-Mobile is paying for it?

I was supposed to receive 3 free months of appletv. It does not show that offer anywhere on the screen. How do I activate it? I am unable to locate the link that gives me the promised 3 months free after my iPad purchase. Where do I find it to redeem?

3 month free trial for AppleTV on PS4 I downloaded the AppleTV app through my Playstation 4 and accessed the 3-month trial and received confirmation through my email. However, when I try to watch shows, it keeps asking me to buy the episodes. Why is this happening and what should I do?

if it was me then I would make sure that the appleID that tmobile had approved the subscription for was set as active appleID on the appletv
