Jio True 5g not getting enabled in my IPhone 15

Hi,

I have recently bought an IPhone 15 (in India) a week ago. The network service provider for my Phone is Jio. It has already been activated with Unlimited 5g data. However, the same is not getting 5g activated with my IPhone. The network is shown to be connected as 4G LTE instead. In the voice and data option in the settings, it is found that neither 5g Auto nor the 5g option is getting activated. I tried troubleshooting the issue by resetting the network settings and restarting the phone, but in vain. It’s been a week now and the issue is still not resolved.
