Hello, I have a windows 11 pc with an external 4 bay harddisks drive for backup.
All 4 harddisks are EXFAT formatted.
my Mac Studio recognises the 4 harddisks, but that's all. No reading or writing.
Is there a simple solution to fix this?

on your PC, do these appear as SINGLE drives, or as a RAID set?
(adding RAID is much more complex.)
The grand Arbiter of physical disks to mountable Volumes is Disk Utility. Disk Utility does not make ANY changes automatically, so it is completely safe to launch Disk Utility and see what it thinks is there.
use the tiny "View" drop-down menu to select "show all devices"

All drives are single, no raid.
If I attach my single WD 8TB drive, it is accessible, can read and write.
you did not chose "show all devices" as I suggested.
Your screenshot show only Volumes, and no device or partition information, which is required to provide any additional helpful suggestions.
what happens when you click 'Mount' button ?
