When I want to sign into the App Store it shows an Apple ID that's not mine

My Apple ID on AppStore doesn’t match the one I’m actually signed into I’m not able to update or download apps without changing the full password of my Apple ID I’m not sure why it is like this because I’m settings it says I’m signed into my normal Apple ID but on AppStore it’s asking for another device in my houses Apple ID I’ve tried researching how to change it and so far nothing has worked

App Store I try to update apps on App Store he ask me for the old Apple ID that I locked and replace it with other one already and when I wrote the password for my recent Apple ID he tell me that my Apple ID locked! And informed that not happening when I download any apps it happened only when I update apps

Go to Settings > [name on top] > Media & Purchases. Is this your Apple ID? Also verify the name of the Apple ID on the top of the page.
