Car Play accessory not supported

Hi.

i have a Suzuki celerio 2017 with sunsun navi multimedia when i try to connect the car play (wireless) show up the screen “apple car disconnected” a few times and sometimes its successfully in the end and sometimes its not .

when its successfully show up in the screen of my iphone (13 pro) “ accessory not supported “.

i would like to any advices for my issue .

After updating to iOS 18 Car Play no longer works in my Mazda vehicle. Updated to iOS 18 and my Mazda cannot connect to Car Play wirelessly. It will connect using the cable and stays connected after cable is unplugged until the ignition is switched off. On turning the ignition back on the phone must again be plugged into the cable. Obviously aan OS bug but does anyone know of a work around until Apple fix this?
