Flashing purple circular lights

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max. When I video outside at night, I capture these purple flashing circular lights but always moving around. It’s about 7 or less and disappearing and reappearing. Do you know what this is? They show up in my videos.

There is a flare on the lights when I use the rear camera on my iPhone 14 Plus why does my rear camera have flare on lights, but front camera doesn't, this is painful and poor. What settings do I change as I’ve tried everything. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Sounds like lens flare. Very normal if there are bight lights in the shot.

Yep, lens flare and is normally occurring when taking photos or videos at night when there are bright lights which reflect off the camera sensor.
