Fraudulent Apple Charges

please is there anyone at Apple who can help me I seem to have gone as far as I can with a claim. but I need further help

I was charged 2thousand dollars 499.49 five times I called the bank and they said they were apple charges. I called and made a claim and then waited mean time closing my card and banking info. I received a message the the money was not refundable?? I put it through again and the same answer came back I called was disconnected and talked to a few people. and one put me on hold and spoke to a supervisor. they said that they would refund one of the five charges. but not the others because I had put them through claims too many times. I was unaware of this rule and my claim is legitimate. I am older I do not have I phone Apple Pay and do not indulge in social media much hardly ever . I can't pay my rent. I have had the worst time of thing. and am at the mercy of apple is there someone who can look into this and see I had no idea I could only send a claim in a few times the that's it. please I need help if you can help id be forever grateful

It sounds like your account was compromised and your card used. Also sounds like someone bought several items at Apple using your card. If that is the case, there is no way for Apple to refund the charges - they made what they believed to be a legitimate sale.

First check your purchases in your Apple ID account. If there are no entries, then that is most likely what happened. You need to work with your bank/card issuer. If the transaction was made with a credit card, then report the fraudulent charges; most banks only charge the maximum of $50 you are responsible for. If that was a debit card, then the bank will have rules as to how much you are responsible for and some do make you responsible - a good reason never to use a debit card when making a purchase online. At least you have some protection with a credit card. While you are reporting the fraudulent purchases, have them close the card and issue a new one.
