My photos aren’t completely transferring to my new phone

I use to have a iPhone 11 and I recently upgraded to a 13 but I noticed that not all my pictures have transferred to my new phone. Some pictures are missing but are still available on my 11. I thought my photos weren’t synced but on my new phone it says all are synced so I don’t know what I should do.

iPhone 11, iOS 17

Probably you have synced these Photos from your Mac/PC through iTunes.

These photos that have not transferrde to the new iPhone are because they were synced from a PC/Mac. These pics are not part of iCloud Sync. So they will have to be transffered manually using AirDrop.

Probably you had done this...

"Clicked the Photos tab below your device's information. Selected the tick box next to "Synced photos to your device from", then selected Photos or a folder on your Mac/PC.

Sync your photos using the Finder - Apple Support (IN)"
