Dual SIM with eSIM: Unable to get verification code for WhatsApp Business using new eSIM number (iOS)

I use my personal number on WhatsApp and wanted to use my new eSIM work number that is installed on the same phone to use in WhatsApp Business, but I cannot get any verification codes. I’ve tried turning off personal network, restarting phone, uninstalling apps, checked connectivity, checked number. Has anyone come across a solution?

I have recently moved from Android to IPhone 14 Pro

I’m trying to install WhatsApp on IPhone 14 Pro, but unable to do so since days

I have Jio eSIM with active SMS service where I receive and send messages across apps


My main problem is I do not get any verification code after inputting my number

I’m not getting any messages neither any calls 


After all the retries and patience, I’m asked for more patience to wait for two days as I couldn’t log in 


Can the team help me logging in?
