neither keyboard or mouse are recognized by new Mac mini. Both were used on my old mini. I've upgraded to Sonoma OS

What are the model numbers of the Logitech keyboard and mouse...?
If they are bluetooth (with or without a unified receiver) then you may need to use a wired USB keyboard and mouse to setup the Mac mini and then connect the bluetooth ones.
Yes, that's what Logitech said, so they will send me a new usb receiver so I can connect. Don't remember having to use a receiver when I installed them originally but it was a few years ago.
Yea' most any wired USB keyboard and mouse will work for setup.
Personally I keep around and use the Logitech USB MK120 for troubleshooting our Mac's.
I'm using wired keyboard and mouse but can't figure a way to get the wireless to connect to the computer. Is there a way connect them without using the unified receiver?
