my bluetooth devices keep disconnecting from my iphone almost every ten minutes

whenever I have my headphones or AirPods connected, about 10 minutes later it disconnects and then I would have to reconnect them to use them, and then it happens again. It’s been happening for a couple months now and I’ve restarted my phone, forgot the devices, updated, literally everything and it still keep happening and I’m getting very annoyed. I would like to listen to my music without having to reconnect my devices every ten minutes.
