I'm getting several email notifications regarding my iCloud storage being full. I know this is a scam but want to report it to someone. How do I forward these emails to get a sense of vengence?

You can forward to reportphishing @apple.com. It’s far easier to just delete
Per muguy, you can report it, but it's a waste of time. If Apple manages to get the hosting service to shut down the scam site, the crooks just open a dozen more somewhere else.
