Will unsubscribing from iCloud spam emails give access to my computer?

I've been received the usual iCloud spam emails that my storage is full and that I have to add storage etc. I've been reporting these emails to reportphishing@apple.com. However, if I Unsubscribe to these emails will that notify the sender that I'm aware of the spam and will it give them access to my computer?

Thanks for any info.

No, but it will inform them of the fact that there is an actual user of that email address and the volume and diversity of spam you get may increase.

Best to keep dragging them to Junk and let the computer learn to recognize them as junk.
