Face ID no longer listed under settings on iPhone after iOS 17.3

I updated to iOS 17.3 this afternoon and when I go to settings to activate Stolen Device Protection, the listing for Face ID/Password is gone. Deleted from the settings list. Also Facetime is grayed out and does not respond to touch. As is my name, Apple ID, iCloud account. It does not respond to touch. This is a iPhone 11.

Any help, Apple?

i tried reset face ID and now i cant set it up again.

Unclear when you say you are having the same problem. The problem reported was that the Face ID & Passcode option is no longer available in Settings with the solution already provided to remove the restriction.

If you tried resetting your Face ID, then you must have that option is settings, which is different from the problem the OP had. If you do not have Face ID & Passcode in your Settings, have you removed the restriction.

Sounds like Screen Time restrictions are turned on. You can shut them off at Settings > Screen Time > Turn off Screen Time.

You can also specifically check each individual setting at Settings > Screen Time > Contents & Privacy Restrictions. The Passcode Changes restriction is what will remove the Face ID & Passcode setting and the Account Changes restriction will prevent you from choosing your Apple ID.
