Scan QR Code scam

I received An invoice for scan QR code, which I didn’t order. It claims that I have three days before it starts charging me a weekly fee. The company is east end technologies. None of the links work to cancel the subscription. How do I make this go away?

There is only one way to cancel an actual Apple subscription.

Managing auto-renewing subscriptions -

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If the claimed subscription isn't there, the claim that you have a subscription is likely false.
