How to add Incrimentative Yearly events???

I need to be able to add my dad’s sobriety day (sort of like an anniversary) into calendar with the correct amount for the year. I.e., 35th sobreity date.

i put it as an anniversary in contacts, but the anniversary isn’t showing up in calendars??

The anniversary field in Contacts is not a field you can see in Calendar; only birthdays defined in Contacts are visible in Calendar.

A workaround would be to create a repeating event in Calendar. Make it a yearly event and, instead of specifying a time, make it an all-day event. It will then be displayed at the top of the day's events just like a birthday.
