“Other Networks” in Wi-Fi Settings iOS

Does anyone have any clue what these screens are for or what they do? I have never seen “Other Networks” in this section of the settings — and the name of those networks are terrifying. My guess is it’s from iTunes or WebKit?

If I remember correctly, I believe both of these screens are related to each other (like one to get to enable the other) and I don’t think it has anything to do with Wallet (applying for an Apple Card). I am 99% positive that wasn’t what he was doing and that this address screen is unrelated

To be clear, these were on my ex-boyfriend’s phone moments before I had a major cyber-security attack on my Apple ID from a gateway router we had together from Verizon… He was weirdly enthusiastic about me trying it out while we were away from home to provide a secure network in the hotel. I never joined the “Other Networks” on my end, but I do think I remember seeing them come up as options

Is he hosting some sort of botnet network and connecting with people? I also saw he had Zoom in the app switcher… what happened this day is beyond me

I also have a managed network from a captive portal on my phones that I have exhausted all efforts trying to get rid of, but I had it on all my cellular devices before this event in April

I’m trying to get to the bottom of a cybercriminal case against me and my family that’s unfortunately lasted over a year, this is one thing that is a major red flag that I am completely in the dark about, but I have no doubt, this was an attack he assisted and this is somehow related

Thanks in advance!
