Logitech Folio Touch

Does anyone have the same issue ?

i have an Ipad Pro 2nd Gen with A2228 Model. i've been using logitech folio touch as my case keyboard. and it has stopped working... i thnk the problem occurred when iOS update from 17.1 to 17.3 (the newest one).

to be honest, been using the keyboard for 2 years now.. and i really dont know if the keyboard broken ? or it stop connected because of the newest iOS update.

does anyone that using folio touch keyboard has the same problem ? or it is really that my keyboard broken.

and if you already tried (to no avail) a forced restart of your iPad using these instructions: put it on charge for at least half an hour, then use these gestures:

In rapid sequence, press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the power button. Only when the Apple logo appears (it might take 10-20 seconds), release that button (ignore all other screens that might appear, the one with the "slider" to turn the device off included).

I suggest that you contact Logitech Support team and ask for assistance.
