My apps constantly jump out of place so that I have to wait until the app settles in the right place to type in.

When working in any app, the app will jump around, like out of the place it should be. I can not type in anything new until the app sort of slides back into place. Hard to describe the problem but I have been dealing with it for years.

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 10.14
