How can I update my iPhone 8 Plus to IOS 15
All the apps I want to download need at least iOS 15 so I can’t download anything anymore so please help.

Use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings to install 16.7.5. If you encounter a specific issue except for those listed below, describe it in this thread.
If you're actually using an iPhone 8 Plus on 12, you'll likely need to do it from a computer.
If your unit is on 12.4.2 through 12.5.7, or shows 12.5.7 as available, it's not an iPhone 8 Plus or capable of 13 or above.
