I have a series 2 apple watch model number A1758 . my apple watch battery is not capable of holding a charge for a full day. usually craps out around dinner time after a full overnight charge. i imagine its time to replace the battery or get a new watch. what ar emu alternatives?

As I can see in the info below your post, you have an Apple Watch Series 2. Besides replacing the battery and getting a new Apple Watch, for an Apple Watch that old, there are no alternatives.
If you are considering upgrading but don't need anything too much better, I highly recommend getting an Apple Watch SE. Its price is great, and it works way better than an Apple Watch Series 2. The choice is yours, but I highly recommend doing this.
