Apple TV not working on smart TV
Iv logged into my Apple TV app on my Samsung smart tv. All day yesterday I was met with the error sign of ‘check subscription’ and today, I have managed to sign in, but no shows will work. Trailers are playing fine and other apps working perfectly, but error shows ‘check connectivity’. I have reset the app twice, I have logged in and out many times. My partner has previously logged in and used her details and it’s worked fine. (App has been reset since she was last logged in) any help please?
