blue dot on videos iphone 15 promax

I am having issues with the blue dot on my videos. I have started shooting from a different angle rather than directly near a light source and that has made a huge difference but I want to shoot wherever I want to and this issue interferes. I bought the iPhone 15 pro max specifically for the camera so this is disappointing to say the least.

Are there any other sokutions?
