Apple Cash took money without permission and never sent it anywhere

My daughter (who lives with us) sent my wife a request for $40. My wife approved her request for the $40 but my daughter no longer needed it so she declined it. The bank deducted $40 from my account but the money was never received by my daughter. My bank requested we send screenshots of the Apple Cash transactions from both my wife's and my daughter Apple Cash to prove my daughter never received the $40 so we did, 3 times. Now the bank is telling us Apple Cash says we are all liars. This has been going on since October 1st.
