Lots of Issues with SSD NVEM Hikvision E3000 on PCIe Imac 2019 Retina 5K 27 Inch

Hello Community support, a few days ago i upgraded my Imac 27" old fusion drive to an uptodate M.2 Nvme SSD Hikvision E3000 PCIe using an adaptor... the thing is that after install the OS run seamlessly and as faster as expected however, few hours later, the Imac got jammed and reboot frequently referring to Kernel Panic CPU caller, 1 to 5 i.e. using Chrome or just trying to close any app...

This doesn't happen the whole time, I could be using the mac and then suddenly it shut down and reboot.

Do you know if there's any way to run a software/hardware trustable testing app? anyone that has experienced something like this before and solve it off? I really appreciate your help

Further data: Memory 32gb 2667 Mhz DDR4 => OS. Sonoma 14.2.1

– I suspect an issue with the adapter. That has happened before.
