If iMessage is not working on your iPhone, did you already check the general troubleshooting mentioned in this article?

If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime on your iPhone - Apple Support

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Has your iPhone been set up with the Apple ID you are using right now?
