I had 2 episodes one last October and one in December where money was taken by Apple that I didn’t authorise, now after going through the bank fraud process I am now blocked from accessing the AppStore

if it was me then I would read If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
and
If you don't recognize a charge - Apple Support
and
Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
and maybe try to reach out to their support channels and or
And or
Bloqued from accessing AppStore after fraudulent transactions
