Audio Issues

Brand new MacBook Pro, 2022 model 512 M2. I have two issues with the audio.

1. While on a zoom meeting, the audio cuts out about every 30 seconds. A blue pop-up comes on and says “Join audio by computer” and I need to click on blue button
2. when I’m working from home, I received incoming calls to my cell phone. Both the cell phone and the MacBook Pro rings when I have an incoming call, and I am able to speak to the individual on my cell phone. However, when I am making an outgoing call, I am only able to talk to the person via the computer and not my cell phone.
