Long 30 pin to lightning cable

I have an older Mercedes that does not have a iPhone connection. I am using a six mdi interface adapter connected to a 30 pin to lightning adapter. The problem is both cords are extremely short and the mdi adapter is in the glove box of all places on my Mercedes so it barely reaches the cup holder to place my phone so basically the phone dangles. Long story short looking for a longer 30 pin to lightning cable i can only find the short ones. Does anyone have any other solutions?
