Downloading apps from Apple Store

Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.

This message is displayed every time I try to download an app. Please help me what should I do.

MacBook Air, macOS 13.2

Click on the blue "request reactivation" link in the following support document to contact Apple support so they can help you restore your Apple ID.
