Not able to authorize my I-tunes on my new computer. I have already deauthorize my old computer.
My device is no longer listed but I still get error message to many devices. List on shows four. New devise is not showing 5293
Use the deauthorize all option and then authorize any computers that you still have and want to use. Note that deauthorization only affects computer, not iPhone or iPads and that you only need to authorized computers. To deauthorize a computer that you don't have access to, you have to deauthorize all of your computers. Then authorize each computer that you have again. You can deauthorize all computers only once a year.
