No Alarm Sound in Assistive Access Mode

iPhone 13 running iOS 17.3. In Assistive Access mode, the Alarm does not sound. The screen will light up and indicate there is an alarm going off with a dismiss button, however, there is no sound,

Volume is set to 100%, silent/vibrate switch is disabled in AA mode, alarm has a sound selected. Tested alarm in normal operating mode and it works, but just will not sound in AA mode.

iPhone 13 Pro Max alarms sounds loudly with silent setting I have my phone on silent but my alarm screams full blast. I often am in court or in 911 dispatch center and can’t have any interruptions like this. When I have my phone off silent I expect it to sound off and vibrate. Alarm clock volume lowers after playing for 3 seconds iphone 13pro with iOS 15.4.1 I’ve missed my alarm clock multiple times because initially the alarm rings at full volume, then quiets down after 3 seconds. Why is it doing this? It’s annoying cuz I can’t hear the alarm even tho it’s a full volume. Also when I set a timer, the volume will play at different levels. If I hold it straight up like it’s in my hand, it plays quiet. If I lay it down it rings at full volume. It also changes volume while I angle it from horizontal to vertical. Is this a feature? Does it effect the alarm clock too? Plz help
