17.3 WebKit safari vulnerability

I updated to 17.3 because my iPhone 15 had the safari webkit hack. Anything created on safari was compromised. 17.3 doesn’t seem to have fixed the vulnerability. Can anyone create a Gmail on safari and not require a phone number that’s tied to a hacker with the same code or can create the account and not get instantly logged out for violating terms of service, requiring a number which a hacker also has the code for?

iPhone 15, iOS 17

ive been dealing with this hack for a year. Get pretty good at seeing the warning signs. Only patch that stopped all of it was 17.2. If you go on safari and create a fake google account, if it requires a phone number and you request a code but let the code expire then request new code and receive the same code but now from a number ***7335 and then again from a number ending in 8947. The code is hijacked and once confirmed now they have your name. DOB. And number, plus that Gmail account is compromised along with the entire phone. If you create a Microsoft account using safari it’s the same situation but now your inbox will send all incoming Microsoft mail to junk. Once phone is compromised any new account like instagram because it links to your email its instantly taken over/suspended. 17.3 hasn’t fix the hack yet.
