Ecg not seen on apple watch 5
I don’t see the ecg app on watch.
I tried the steps shown online, I cannot find the ecg set up on my phone.

ECG is viewed as a medical device which mean it require official approval from the government of a country before it's legal for apple to offer
these are the countries which has provided with said approval so far

ECG implies that citizens' medical data be stored by a foreign third-party company without individual approval by the government of said country, and that is not something all countries feel comfortable with.
even if you live where the feature is approved then if the watch was originally sold where it’s not approved it will not work until it’s approved where it was purchased
