Late 2013 MacBook Pro updated to Big Sur 11.7.10 last year

I just purchased TurboTax 2023 Delux. Was having issues with installation when I noticed OS needed to be Monterey 12 or later. I checked Software Update, saw that I had Big Sur 11.7.10. There were no options to update to Monterey. Am I SOL?

Windows, Windows 10

A late 2013 MacBook Pro cannot be updated beyond Bi Sur.

See the following from Identify your MacBook Pro model - Apple Support

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)

Model Identifier: MacBookPro11,2, MacBookPro11,3

Part Number: ME293xx/A, ME294xx/A

Newest compatible operating system: macOS Big Sur

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013)

Model Identifier: MacBookPro11,1

Part Numbers: ME864xx/A, ME865xx/A, ME866xx/A

Newest compatible operating system: macOS Big Sur

I don't know of any way to install the TurboTax that you purchased.

What I use (and prefer) even though I have a Mac running current macOS is TurboTax online. It will run on older macOS versions. See: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/system-requirements

However I don't know if there is any way for you to get a refund for the version that you purchased.
